Prevent + Protect

Prevent and Protect is the organizations that identifies best practices programs designed to help prevent wrongdoing and promote "rightdoing" within religious organizations. The Prenvent and Protect programs empower organizations and people to better control risk and improve the lives of all those who interact with the Church. The "Protecting God's Children" classes are meant for adults (over the age of 18) who are involved in a church ministry or teaching effort that interact with minors. It is required for all church and school staff.

There are teaching modules that need to be completed on a regular basis to keep staff up-to-date with learning how to prevent and report abuse. 
Volunteers who wish to work in our school, PSR, or other activities directed toward youth, SVDP, VBS, Communion to homebound should attend Protecting God's Children Class register by clicking the button below.
